Cocktails of Clover Club

Simply referred to as “The Parlor”, the Clover Club’s private room is the perfect spot for your next party of up to 45 guests.

Green Giant

One of Clover Club’s most popular drinks is the Green Giant… and trust us when we say it’s a bit hit! With only a few simple ingredients, you can easily make this powerful drink right at home.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • ¾ oz. Simple syrup
  • ½ oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • 4 Halved sugar snap peas
  • 8-10 Taragon leaves

How To:

First, muddle 4 halved sugar snap peas and 8-10 tarragon leaves in simple syrup. Next, add the gin, lemon juice and dry vermouth. Cover and shake well. After that, strain the mixed cocktail into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Finally, garnish with two snap peas and serve.

 

Cuzco

One of the most refreshing cocktails featured at Clover Club is the Cuzco. Inspired by its South American namesake, the Cuzco combines fresh fruit flavors with one of the most famous spirits of Chile and Peru.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Macchu pisco
  • ¾ oz. Aperol
  • ¾ oz. Grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz. Lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Simple syrup

How To:

Get a taste of the Andes in only a few simple steps when you hand-make the Cuzco at home. First, rinse a highball glass with kirschwasser, add ice and set aside. Next, combine all other ingredients together in a cocktail mixer and shake well. After that, strain the concoction into the rinsed highball glass. Finally, garnish with a grapefruit twist and serve.

 

Clover Club

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. Plymouth gin
  • ½ oz. Dolin dry vermouth
  • ½ oz. Lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Raspberry syrup
  • ¼ oz. Egg white

How To:

Although a unique concoction, the Clover Club is an easy to make cocktail that you can enjoy anytime at home. First, add all ingredients to a cocktail mixer and shake, without ice, to emulsify the egg white and incorporate the ingredients. Next, add ice and shake again. Finally, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with two raspberries on a pick.
