Instructions
  1. Combine flour and oregano and coat chicken.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and saute for 9-11 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and wine to saucepan. Simmer and stir occasionally for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add new mixture and cream to saucepan. Allow to thicken. Reduce heat.
  5. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
  6. Pan fry the chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side. Be sure to cook all the way through.
  7. Add contents of saucepan to skillet. Top with tomatoes. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Serve with a fresh parsley garnish.
