Grilled Chicken Fajitas

Instructions
- Combine chili powder, ground cumin, garlic and lime juice in a large bowl.
- Add chicken, peppers and onion to dry mix. Stir and soak for 2-4 hours minimum,
- Cut four large squares of aluminum foil.
- Discard marinade and place one quarter of chicken/vegetable mixture in center of each square. Lift 2 sides of square and seal loosely. Fold remaining sides firmly.
- Place each packet on the grill over medium heat for 17-22 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Wrap all tortillas in one square of foil. Place on grill for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with avocado, sour cream, salsa, lettuce, guacamole, shredded cheese, etc.
