Instructions
  1. Add chicken to small container (or plastic zip top bag). Top with cornstarch, flour, baking powder and salt. Seal container (or close bag) and shake to coat chicken.
  2. Add egg whites to chicken mixture. Seal container (or close bag) and shake to coat chicken.
  3. Add oil to skillet and heat oil to at least 375 degrees F. Add the chicken and allow to fry until the breading is a crisp, dark golden brown.
Sauce
  1. In a separate pan, heat oil. Add ginger and garlic. Stir until garlic turns a bright golden brown.
  2. Add salt, honey, vinegar, and water to the pan, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes. Add water and bring it to a slow boil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water together until smooth. Add mixture to the sauce, and stir frequently until the sauce thickens.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add chicken to the sauce, and stir to coat.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve over a bed of steamed white rice and enjoy!
