Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  3. Rinse and pat dry tenderloins.
  4. Apply rub evenly to both tenderloins.
  5. Heat olive oil in oven-safe frying pan.
  6. Brown tenderloins on all sides (about 5 minutes total).
  7. Transfer to oven and roast about 15 minutes or until meat temperature reaches 140 degrees (meat will continue to cook after it is removed from the oven).
  8. Deglaze frying pan with white wine.
  9. When internal temperature of pork reaches 155 degrees, slice and plate.
  10. Pour pan sauce over pork and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
